You’re going to support all customer service functions and communications as part of a fast growing talented team. Easy to apply! We value: . English as a 2nd language . Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts (between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday) . Interest in wine & the wine industry - a huge plus of course! Experience in (preferential):   . Performing follow-up actions to assist customers requirements . CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar) . B2C & B2B customer service knowledge For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit We offer you: . Competitive salary (14 monthly payments per year) .
