Online Marketer - Germany

In this role you will be responsible for Helloprint Germany. You have a strong commercial instinct which helps you to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products. You take appropriate action in order to provide our customers with a product at the highest standard of quality.

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT? At Helloprint, we want to offer our customers a local experience in all the markets we serve. As an Online Marketeer you are responsible for the localization of one of our countries. Doing this right will require you to use feedback from customers and colleagues to make improvements. Besides this, you will also keep track of our competitors and their new functionalities in order to make sure our pricing is competitive and up to date. You have a supporting role towards different departments. Examples of this include: the Email Marketeer who needs a translation of his newsletter, the SEA Marketeer who wants to test some new ads and our German Customer Service team that wants to discuss some changes on the website in order to improve the customer experience. Your main responsibility is to make our value proposition and communication as local as possible. The continuous additions of new products, website updates and newsletters make this a challenging task. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating commercial, localized content. This includes localization of the website, marketing material and internal documents;
Providing commercial yet creative translations from English to German for the German website, promotional items and newsletters;
Quality control of Helloprint Germany, including conducting product checks and maintaining language specific tools;
Coming up with offerings on our websites specific for our German customers like payment- and delivery methods;
You make sure that all localization is done in time and you manage expectations with other teams within Helloprint;
Analyzing feedback from local customers;
You work closely together with the customer service department to get feedback to gain the best possible insights in our customers and processes. You attend the weekly customer service meeting and will form the bridge between customer service and marketing.
You act based on experiences on both sides;
You assist with localization projects in cooperation with other teams, such as language-based research and the collection and analysis of data for your country;
Localizing other marketing campaigns (CRM / Email, SEO, Affiliate, Display Marketing & Social Advertising).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 2 years of experience in Online Marketing;
Experience in translating and/or writing commercial texts;
Experience in producing localized website content;
Strong customer focus;
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with computer assisted translations tools;
Flexibility, accuracy, strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask;
Positive attitude and a great add to our team;
Having lived in Germany for a considerable amount of time;
Near native German language skills.
