Junior Financial Analyst (German)

Our best known brands are: Exxon, Esso and Mobil.   As a JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST you will:
  • Process invoices in your portfolio and ensure invoices are paid on-time
  • Solve and follow up on complex invoices
  • Monitor customer accounts for payments and actively be in touch with the customers to guide them and help resolve any issues they may encounter
  • Be at the end of the payment chain performing pre-disbursement review controls including independent verification, executing payment release, reviewing system payment runs and control reports
  • Act as a coordinator among several departments and work closely with customer service, our international sales team and our internal credit department to ensure a smooth running of operations
  • Look for process improvements to maximize efficiencies
  • Perform financial analysis of ExxonMobil customers, responsible for Credit Management of a designated ExxonMobil customer portfolio
  YOUR Profile
  • High school and/or University graduates (degree in economics/finance/accounting is an advantage)
  • Work experience in economics / finance / accounting appreciated
  • Fluent in English + other business language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Drive, independence and perseverance
  • Knowledge of SAP module, basic accounting knowledge and work experience in customer service is an advantage
