What you will be doing in this position:

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of a team of Customer Advisors, focusing on their development and supervision.
  • Diligently track and manage the project's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively engage in the continuous improvement of project KPIs by identifying performance gaps, analyzing underlying causes, and implementing effective strategies for team improvement.
  • Lead your team to excellence by fostering a customer service environment that emphasizes quality and high performance.
  • Shape a team culture that values open communication, and seize the chance to contribute to the company's rapid growth and your own career progression within various roles.

What we are looking for:

  • Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English.
  • Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)
  • Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)
  • Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills
