German Speaking Customer Support – Relocate to Northern Ireland!

We are recruiting now for German speaking customer service roles on behalf of global brands including Cisco & GoDaddy at our centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound contact from customers via phone, email, live chat, & social media (depending on role).
  • Provide expert support to customers, representing and taking pride in the brand you represent.
  • Be an active team player.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (in any other sector).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & German.
  • In need of a good challenge and opportunity for growth.
  • Good team player and able to thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • A good consumer level knowledge of modern technology and social media.

Relocation: Moving to a new city can be daunting but Belfast is among the most welcoming cities in the world and we do our best to make sure the move is as easy and enjoyable as possible!
  • Reimbursement of initial travel costs to Belfast up to £250
  • 5 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival
  • Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more.
  • Advance in wages of up to £400 to help with first month’s rent and deposit.
