EVENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Is your passion to create world-class event experiences? Are you the one creating active and energetic event atmosphere on site?  As an Event Experience Manager you have ownership of leading the complete event process - from venue planning to collecting feedback after the events. Your work consists of coordinating the practical arrangements for events, co-operation with event venues, venue buyers and other sub-contractors. At the events, you lead the day's agenda as well as logistics flow. You make sure our events run smoothly, according to the processes and set schedules! You are also leading and guiding a team of event assistants and ensuring their success. We're looking for a socially equipped, energetic, German and English speaking team player with 1-3 years of experience in event management based in Berlin or Amsterdam. Experience from the B2B world is highly appreciated! You're familiar working with different stakeholders and coordinating the event processes from A-Z. You get a kick out of using your excellent time management and communicator skills with different stakeholders and processes. You don't mind traveling for work and in addition, you also have some leadership / coaching experience, to enable the entire team's success at our exclusive events!
