Data Entry Clerk - Retail (German speaking - 6 months contract)
Company Description
Job Description
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Type in data provided directly from customers/partners
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verification and validation of partners and customer Due Diligence documents
- Assist the Team Leader with assigned tasks
- Interacts with Retail Team and checks, scan and upload documents received as part of the KYF process
- Support the Risk Team in verifying accounts and documents
- Responds to emails using created templates and take phone
- Update existing data
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Assist and support the Retail team in administrating their daily tasks
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess excellent written & oral English and a B-Level in German
- Navigation of web applications
- Post-secondary level of education
- Candidates with a background in KYC and Document Management would be given first preference.
- Must be highly focused and have a very good eye for detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and take initiative in all parts of the operation
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with a team
