Technical support specialist – German speaking

On behalf of our client we are now looking for tech savvy support specialists to start on a project for a global company operating in the digital realm. This part of their business consists of a product line offering connections for smart solutions for your home, including smart speakers, displays, security systems, doorbells and more.
All required training is provided and our client offers a safe onboarding and relocation process for all new employees with a flight ticket, company apartments and temporary home offices.
The ideal candidate
- Speaks and writes native level German
- Can communicate easily in English
- Is tech savvy and has an interest in all things technical
- Has previous experience working with customers
- Is a confident PC and Office user
- Would like to work for a global company starting in the new year
