Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe The new Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) is dedicated to Samsung financial, customer satisfaction and HR processes for 17 offices (29 countries) across Europe. The Centre plays a strategic role through its activities, with focus on internal Clients’ need and process excellence. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Conduct in-depth searches to find best talent across German speaking countries
  • Create effective and targeted candidate sourcing strategies to support talent pipelining at European level
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for the hiring subsidiaries
  • Ensure market comprehension and mapping on European and regional level
  • The role will also cover administrative aspects of the talent search process, including:
    • Interview scheduling
    • Managing applicant travel costs
    • Communication with applicants (delivery of confirmations, rejections etc.)
  • Market intelligence and competitor insight projects
Ideal candidate should have:
  • Proficiency in English and perfect German language skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Research experience within a multinational company, preference to Technology or FMCG with a Sales & Marketing bias. Experience within B2C / B2B markets, structure of companies and matrix organizations
  • Market intelligence reports experience, familiar with production of company overview supported by organizational charts
  • Ability to recommend and contribute to the definition of standard operations procedures
  • Attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
