As a Sales Development Representative, where exactly do you fit in here?
You will play a key role in getting the word out about the OutSystems platform and getting more customers to adopt it. Your role has to do with prospecting potential new customers on various social media tools and qualifying leads in targeted geographic and vertical markets in order to provide the local sales teams with qualified leads and set sales appointments. You will become knowledgeable about OutSystems platform services and solutions, being able to get customers to see our value and how we can help their business.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be in the front line of sales, contributing to the success of the company while developing and improving your own sales and people skills in an open and friendly environment. But what do you need to have to convince us?
- Native in German;
- Mandatory: high-level communication skills in English (main working language);
- Sales or demand generation experience with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding quota or goals measured in calls/day, appointments/week, qualification of opportunities, etc, is a plus;
- Outstanding communicator via phone and email;
- Strong cold calling skills with an ability to maintain a high volume of outbound calls per day/week/month;
- Passion for the technology industry;
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon.
