On behalf of our client, Lingocruit is currently recruiting German-speaking customer support agents to a leading IT security company. As a customer support agent, you’re dealing with customers queries regarding anti-virus protection services and other IT services that our client offer.
We are looking for you who are a native German speaker with an interest in technology and IT problems. The candidate we are searching for is a problem solver with good analytical ability that enjoy communicating with people and is very service-oriented.
