Marketing Implementation Manager ( German / English lingual )

Based in Amsterdam, the Marketing Implementation Manager will be responsible for both onboarding and delivering managed professional services for Revinate’s full product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to help hoteliers optimize their email marketing channel, manage online reputation and improve guest satisfaction. In this role you will help form the processes and systems required to scale our professional services organization. Given the dynamic nature of hospitality and software development, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, embrace change and be willing to  go above and beyond the call of duty to drive results for our customers. The Marketing Implementation Manager will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies, think creatively to find solutions to complex problems and manage multiple simultaneous projects with ease. The role will is a blend of project management, application configuration, stakeholder management and customer-facing communication. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to gather information and requirements for implementing Revinate products or technology
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables throughout the engagement to ensure key milestones are met on-time
  • Create and improve the process and implement systems for scaling the onboarding of new customers
  • Create a launch plan and manage client projects with an approach to deliver optimal results
  • Closely track project stages and do everything possible to deliver on-time
  • Gain an understanding of the hotel customers’ systems and coordinate integrations of those systems with Revinate
  • Develop creative, practical solutions to non-standard client requirements.
  • Provide training to customers as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Fluent in both English and German required; other European languages are nice to have
  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Hands on project management experience with customer facing technology projects.
  • Experience using or implementing hotel systems such as Micros Opera, Roomkey, Serenata or Cendyn
  • Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp, Z Direct, Digital Alchemy or Exact Target are a plus
  • Able to manage the timelines, deliverables and budgets for multiple customer engagements or SOWs simultaneously
  • Comfortable leading virtual presentations with both customers and internal groups
  • Tech-savvy, interested in learning new products and technologies
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Previous consulting experience with a technology start-up preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
