Description As an HR Benefits Operations Analyst you will contribute to the administration of benefits programs for Austria Germany & Switzerland. Within the Compensation and Benefits Operations Team you will provide high level support to internal Nike customers as well as external vendors. Your specific responsibilities will include: Process Management: Perform complex Benefits or Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in SAP. Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Coordinate work of external vendors and track performance. Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders. Service Excellence: Deliver service excellence to employees and Human Resource Shared Center teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (Right Now) issues concerning Benefit or Leave programs. Communicate updates to other Global Shared Services departments to ensure timely and accurate workflow of data. Includes submitting all information changes to Data Management/Payroll via appropriate format (forms, email, systematically, etc.) to facilitate entry in HR systems. Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus. Process Improvement: Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools. Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services (Recommends change to metrics, service level agreements with vendors and vendor relationship improvements based on analysis and objective construct and review of data). Responsible for account reconciliation of all payments made from the benefit plans. Ensures accuracy of vendor invoices and payments are delivered to vendors on time. Projects: Participate in projects as a functional expert, for example part of the projects will be connected with payroll. Qualifications
  • Educated to Bachelor/Master degree level.
  • Previous experience with Human Resources (Benefits) Operations environment is required, 2-3 years at least.
  • Previous experience with German payroll is a plus.
  • You must have strong vendor management experience as well as affinity with HRMS systems (SAP preferred).
  • It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving attitude. We require a team player and that you easily adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.
  • You will have first class communication skills to connect with the various Nike departments.
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal communications) is required.
