German Team Lead for Digital Marketing agency in Lisbon

Our client in stunning Lisbon is now looking for German speakers with a talent for digital marketing and leadership. They are a global company operating with many of the worlds largest brands and have an international and skilled workforce in their office in the Portuguese capital. They currently have a project with Artefact, a large digital marketing agency, and you can become part of this and guide your team of marketing experts.
The role
As a Digital Marketing Team Lead your job is to work to build a team environment with strong moral, positive energy and a consultative and goal-oriented culture. You will also coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level.

The following is required to qualify for this job
- Native level of German and a great level of English
- Experience with digital marketing
- Experience from advertising and using Google AdWords
- Team leading experience, preferably from an agency setting
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Ads, Analytics, Google Data Studio
- Great interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Have an organised, analytical approach and eye for detail
