German Speaking Order Delivery Manager

For our business market in the Germans speaking countries in Europe we are now looking to expand our team with an Order Delivery Manager, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Your opportunity

As an Order Delivery Manager, you will be part of the sales operations team Europe, who are responsible for the full pre-sales cycle including quotation, service portfolio management and provisioning of orders. You will be the commercial interface to both our customers and our local service providers in your region for handling incoming requests for quotations, verifying service availability with our providers and managing our product portfolio, pricing and service specifications and ensuring a smooth provisioning of the by our customer ordered services.

Your primary tasks will be to

  • Maintain relationships with our customers and internet service providers in the German speaking countries
  • Translate services and proposals of internet access providers into proposals for our standard services (incl. pricing and terms
  • Manage and respond to incoming quote requests for internet services and update the system accordingly
  • Validate and process orders; making sure all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner throughout the process
  • Administrate all correspondence with customers and providers
  • Act as a main point of contact for any supplier related issues within your region

Your profile

  • Completed college or higher level education
  • German and English language is a must
  • Basic knowledge and interest in Internet Access services worldwide
  • Good knowledge of excel is a plus
  • Ability to understand, and work in, a very international and multicultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines
  • Accurate and well organised, persistent, quality driven
  • customer focused and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
