German-speaking Customer Support/Technical Support

Teleperformance Greece is the market leader in providing multilevel Customer Care. We have a team of professional over 4,800 people from over 90 countries and we’re looking for German speakers to strengthen our team further. As a member of our customer service/tech support staff, you will be the focal point in customer care via inbound calls, emails and chat in German and English! You should be friendly and approach each customer as an individual but at the same time to work swiftly towards a resolution to the issue at hand with the tools provided. You will be responsible and follow up with customers until the issue is resolved and with no doubt, you should remain calm in all situations.
