German speaking Affiliate Marketing Manager

Headquartered in Malta BayBets provides leading high performance marketing at the heart of the sportsbetting industry. Due to rapid growth we are now looking for an experienced German native Affiliate Marketing Manager to join the team Based out of our state of the art seafront offices in the heart of Sliema, the selected candidate will;
  • Negotiate/improve Affiliate Deals, RevShare and Fix
  • Analysis of Affiliate Data, Use these to make assumptions on how to optimize Conversion, CLTV, Placements within our comparison sites
  • Identification of which brands in markets we should improve cooporation
  • Coordination of updating any operator related content within our portfolio of sites by our content-management team
  • Negotiate contracts with operators according to a fixed template/workflow
What you offer?
  • Have 1-2+ years' direct Affiliate/ Partnership experience.
  • Have ideally worked in a Start-Up/ Consumer facing eCommerce Tech Disruptor.
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel
  • Native or command of written and spoken German and English is a must.
  • Self Starter Result driven, Good mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent web etiquette as well as strong online and offline social skills are required
