German Customer Support Advisor (x3)

Enteractive is expanding its business and now looking to hire three experienced and ambitious Customer Support Advisors. The exciting new positions involve a combination of Customer Support and Bingo Chat Moderation, and have presented themselves within our very successful Customer Support department. In our Customer Support team, you will be part of a team of young and driven individuals like yourself - that make up the Enteractive family. As our new Customer Support Advisor, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Helping our customers via email and live chat.
  • Taking ownership of ongoing cases in order to ensure they are resolved with the absolute highest level of quality.
  • Actively contributing towards improving existing internal processes, developing new ideas and concepts in order to improve our internal workflow as well as contributing towards the positive environment within the company.
  • Analysing previous communication to optimise quality and productivity.
  • Actively report internally to direct manager and various partners with details and feedback on what is occurring in the various markets amongst our many partners.
  • Staying well informed on ongoing issues as well as changes in order to proactively meet the challenges ahead.
  • You are able to demonstrate a level of autonomy without the need for micro-management.
The Bingo Chat Moderator (CM) is the friendly face in the online bingo chat room who ensures that everyone is enjoying their time at the site. The role can range from leading chat games and giving away free bonuses to dealing with player questions and complaints as they arise. The CM is usually the first contact for all players, whether they are new or old. Therefore, each CM must make sure they know the site and games inside out and are up-to-date on the latest promotions. Outstanding communication and brilliant typing skills are absolutely key as all communication is done in writing with our end-customers and partners. Moreover, you are adept at ‘reading the customer’ to mirror them in order to provide the best possible service. You are also able to think outside the box and adapt to any given situation. We would like you to have/be:
  • Minimum of six months experience in Customer Service.
  • Native in German - both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English or another language would be advantageous.
