German Customer Care Advisor – located in sunny Barcelona

What we are looking for? We are currently recruiting for ambitious and driven Customer Care Advisors with Native level of German and good English both written and verbal. Working for a true industry leader you will be based in the picturesque, vibrant city of Barcelona! Barcelona offers a fantastic lifestyle, quality of life, beautiful scenery, exceptional weather and unique culture working for an exceptional business! You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to exclusive blue-chip organisations predominantly via inbound interactions via telephone email and social media channels. Responsibilities;
  • You will be corresponding with customers via telephone, web chat and email in both English and German
  • Take ownership for both inbound and outbound calls including written communications where needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ensure customer queries are handled with a first-time resolution in mind, acting effectively upon the requests of the customer always.
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet and exceed customer needs.
Experience Required:
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Service-minded and motivated to help people.
