Sounds great. What will I be working on?
This role has three layers: root cause analyses and problem solving, communication, and process improvement.
· You will be acting as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon vendors, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption.
· Addressing any account related inquiries from vendors and ensuring internal supply chain compliance.
· Quickly identify and resolve variances, stick with variances and discrepancies in finance and supply chain.
· You will have an opportunity to impact the processes, to come up with new solutions which would be beneficial to the business and our vendors.
· You will interact with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Vendor managers, AR, FinCom, FC associates, catalog specialists, etc to resolve and eliminate issues.

“Working within the POR team means having a true Sherlock Holmes focus. The team dives deep into the shortages of their portfolio vendors and investigates the root causes. The team gains trust of our vendors thorough data analyses, deep research and communication on with important operations stakeholders from both Vendor and Amazon side. From Bratislava, the team directly supports German, French, Italian, Spanish and UK vendors. The team has been built from many experienced people who are fully dedicated to solving problems, thinking outside of the box and coming up with new problem solving ideas." Base pay for this position is 1.440 EUR and there are further pay components within the total compensation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in Finance or Logistics field
· Excellent language skills - English and German (C1/C2: written & spoken)
· Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· Experience in project management
· Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture
· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, filters, basic functions, tables)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in Finance (AP/AR) or Logistics field is an advantage
· Experience in communication with external customers/suppliers
· Additional language skills (French, German, Italian or Spanish) are advantageous
· Experience with Oracle Financials is an advantage
· SQL skills
