JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and test new business ideas from scratch and independently
- Identifying, evaluating and modelling new business ideas
- Staff the team for development, implementation and improvement of the idea
- Research and identify leads for corporate tie-ups, identify potential strategy
- Partnerships based on synergies
- Coordinate the communication amongst different stakeholders
- Participate in high-level strategic discussions
- Up or out: Work hard. Learn fast. Become a Brand Director with full P&L responsibility and share options / exit participation within the next 12 months.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or economics from a top-tier university with outstanding results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill with a solution-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality to drive our business success
- A proactive personality with confidence and ability to communicate with senior management level
- The capability to always find a right balance between getting things done and taking the time to think strategically
- Full proficiency in both English and German
