Digital Sales Manager - DACH

We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager with proven tracks of client prospecting, speaking to decision makers, closing deals and managing international accounts, we will assists you through it with our Team. If you’re passionate about getting the customers engaged, you have extensive skills in sales, relationship management and can create win/win environments for all parties involved, this is your chance to start your career in Digital marketing. Responsibilities: • As a Digital Sales Manager you are part of the Sales team and you will be tasked with acquiring new clients and manage a portfolio of existing clients with full responsibility for retaining and growing these accounts. • Account management of existing and newly acquired clients
    • Upselling
    • Contract renewals – retain clients
    • Day-to-day contact over the phone
• Offer PPC campaign (Google/Facebook ads), emailing campaign, acquisition campaigns to generate lead, trafic and sales for BTOC company • Manage a portfolio of existing clients with the responsibility for retaining and growing these accounts. • Expand the Market, managing key or medium size accounts; • Grow the revenue by closing new business Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales/business development role, preferably in the area of online marketing (Lead Generation, Online Agency, Affiliate Network) • Bachelor’s degree • Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve. • German, Polish, Italian or Spanish native speaker, and it will be great to have as second languages English fluent.
