Customer Service Agent Nightshift - German Speaking (m/w/d)
- Deliver reliable administrative support and customer service to improve the overall customer experience
- Accurately find out what information the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, exact and relevant information to resolve customer queries
- Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team
- Comply with industry regulations, internal policies and professional codes
- Report Incidents when the needs arise which will involve liaising with other departments
