Established in 2004, Tipico is the leading sports betting company in the German market.  Headquartered at the Portomaso Business Tower in Saint Julian's, Malta, Tipico offers a wide range of pre-live and live sports betting products delivered through cutting-edge mobile and online channels as well as through a top-class portfolio of approximately 1000 retail outlets predominantly in Germany.  Tipico also offers a wide range of online Casino and table games. Tipico’s growth has always been incredibly strong and shows no sign of slowing in its core market and in new markets which it is opening.  Today over 5000 people work in Tipico shops and the company is some 200 strong in Malta with additional teams in Germany, Gibraltar, Croatia and Colombia.

Job Description

In the role, you will be able to leave your mark and contribute to the development of Tipico’s CSR framework from the ground up. You will also be responsible for the management of CSR projects and the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing CSR and Consumer Protection projects
  • Supporting implementation and maintenance of regulatory Responsible Gaming and Minor Protection requirements
  • Managing non-financial reporting duties
  • Managing Ethics compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years in CSR Management
  • Ideally Compliance or Consultancy background
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in Ms Office applications
  • Good communicator with excellent ability to consult with others to deliver requirements and propose improvements
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with good problem-solving skills

Additional Information

Due to the very dynamic legal environment for gaming companies, compliance issues are of high importance and affect almost all aspect of Tipico’s operations. The Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Department takes care - amongst others - of licence applications and compliance-related topics, anti-money laundering, corporate responsibility and the communication with regulatory authorities as well as all internal questions related to these topics.
