ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support sales efforts of the major and targeted accounts while delivering a positive customer experience to German and English speaking clients
- Pre-Sales, provide information regarding product availability, pricing based on the customer’s agreement
- Post-Sales, provide information regarding order status, shipping dates and asset status
- Provide service within agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to customers, both internal and external
- Build customer and sales relationship in-person or by phone in both German and English
- Proactively suggest solutions based on knowledge of customer’s business and past purchase history.
- Generate and analyse regular and ad hoc license reports for Sales representatives and/or Channel Partners
- Analyse and research historical data to solve customer issues and log quality problems or issues.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:
- 1+ years proven technical support or customer service experience
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
- Working knowledge of CRM software, such as SAP and Siebel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Motivated by individual and team achievement
- Experience of providing support to sales personnel and customers
- Ability to research and respond to customer queries and requests
- Experience of assisting in developing proposals, presentations, newsletters, BC documentation, etc.
- Track record of maintaining customer and sales-related information in line with record-keeping requirements
