Order Management Specialist with German and English

What areyour responsibilities?
• Processing and execution of orders inthe system (SAP)
• Contacts with customers viaemail/phone
• Close cooperation with variousinternal departments
• Organization of deliveries andmaterial flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
• Handling warranty and return process
• Proactively raising improvement ideas

What doyou need to make real what matters?
• Good written and verbal communicationin German (mandatory) and good level of English
• Experience/background inlogistics/customer service - will be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP (nice to have)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication and customerservice skills
• Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitudeand positive attitude to perform tasks
