Job Description
- As a Recruiter you are the competent contact person for the business unit and responsible for the smooth search and placement of our open vacancies
- Responsible for the formulation, placement and management of job advertisements and the follow-up of applications
- Active sourcing / direct approach (Xing, LinkedIn, social media) of potential candidates
- Coordinating appointments and conducting interviews via telephone / video
- Establishing & expanding a talent pool with a focus on the automotive industry
- Documentation of recruitment efforts in weekly meetings
Qualifications
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting and talent pipelining
- Knowledge of active sourcing & HR channels (incl. social media)
- Passion for recruiting and personnel
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR software and enjoy administrative work and maintaining the applicant management system
- Affinity for the automotive industry and technical understanding desirable
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and organizational talent
- Team player
